Harvey-Cleary Retains CWS for Decorative/Privacy Window Film Project at D.C. Law Firm
WASHINGTON – Prestigious building contractor Harvey-Cleary has once again hired Commercial Window Shield for a window film installation project.
The contractor has been retained by Axinn, Veltrop & Harkider for an extensive, high-end renovation of their new leased space at 1901 L St. NW – five blocks from the White House. The space totals 40,000 square feet on two floors of the 12-story building.
As part of the overall project, Commercial Window Shield will be installing 8,000 square feet of custom-printed decorative/privacy film on all the glass office doors and conference rooms.
Harvey-Cleary turned to Commercial Window Shield for the project because of the company’s experience and expertise in installing decorative/privacy window film. It takes considerable know how in installing this film as precise measurement and alignment are critical. One mistake can throw the entire installation out of whack, costing the company thousands of wasted dollars.
Commercial Window Shield has become one of the major installers in the quickly growing privacy/decorative window film market.
The Harvey-Cleary project is another example of Commercial Window Shield’s close working relationship with some of the country’s best-known construction companies. Aside from several window film projects with Harvey-Cleary, the company has completed security, solar control, RF, smart, switchable and privacy window film projects for HITT, Gilbane Building Co. and Davis Construction.
The company’s major focus in its nearly 40 years has been security and solar control window film installation. Its clients have included the U.S. Capitol, FBI headquarters, the Pentagon, all House of Representative and Library of Congress buildings, Grand Central Terminal, Merrill Lynch headquarters, the United Nations, the Willis [former Sears] Tower, O’Hare and Seattle international airports, and the Philadelphia and Denver mints.
