CWS SELECTED TO INSTALL SECURITY WINDOW FILM AT SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
JACKSON, Mich. – Commercial Window Shield has been hired to secure the windows in a U.S. Social Security Administration-occupied building in southeast Michigan.
The project involves installing a 7-mil clear shatter resistant film on 2,100 square feet of glass in a two-story building.
Keystone Development LLC of Jackson, Mich. retained Commercial Window Film for the project.
The U.S. General Services Administration recently signed a 10-year lease renewal with the building’s owner, triggering a security upgrade requirement that included window protection.
Commercial Window Shield is the world’s largest installer of shatter resistant and solar reflective window films. Among the hundreds of projects the company has completed in its 30 years are the U.S. Capitol, House of Representatives, Pentagon, FBI headquarters, Grand Central Terminal, Merrill Lynch headquarters, O’Hare International Airport and the Willis Tower [former Sears Tower].
