Shades

Shade products generally are installed on the interior of the windows. Although shades are the least effective method of sun control, they offer the greatest flexibility. They can be opened and closed to accommodate personal tastes or when the sun or privacy is an issue. Shade systems can be as simple as fabric or films on a manually operated roller. Or as complex as a motorized system that is connected to the building's computer system. One of our most unique products is a custom-fixed frame shade. These products are mostly used at museums to protect valuable artwork from fading because of the harmful effect of sun rays. For these projects, the fixed sun screens are extremely large and installed in such a way that the fabric is tight. The result is an elegant, unobstructive appearance that makes the sun screen seemingly disappear, so it doesn’t detract from the artwork.
